Rodney M. Propp

Chairman and Co-Founder

Mr. Propp is the Chairman of Tahl Propp Equities. He is responsible for the procurement, financing and development of new real estate investment opportunities for the firm as well as oversight of leasing and management of the firm's existing 4 million square foot portfolio.

Prior to co-founding Tahl Propp Equities, Mr. Propp was associated with Omega Investors, L.P., an investment fund specializing in risk arbitrage, and with Drexel Burnham Lambert. Mr. Propp holds a B.A. in international relations from Tufts University and an M.B.A. in finance and policy studies from the University of Chicago's Booth School of Business. Mr. Propp is a member of The Real Estate Board of New York, a diamond lifetime member of the NAACP, a member of UJA's Real Estate Executive Committee and a director of Peninsula Copper Industries, Inc., a leading specialty chemicals manufacturer.

Mr. Propp received the Foundation for Ethnic Understanding's Joseph Papp Racial Harmony Award for his personal and professional efforts to strengthen race relations and promote ethnic tolerance and diversity in New York's Harlem community.
